Lamb Chop and Potato Curry


  • 2 lbs of lamb chops
  • 2 onions
  • garlic and ginger paste
  • salt
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 potatoes
  • Water
  • Cilantro

20180304_141910_resized.jpgHeat a pot with olive oil and add onions. Add salt and cook till soft. 20180304_142755_resized.jpgAdd a dollop of garlic and ginger paste. About a tbs each.

20180304_144318_resized.jpgLet it hook on high for 10 mins, mixing often. Lower heat to medium-low with lid on and cook for 30-40 mins.

Increase heat and let it simmer till potatoes are soft. About 20 minutes. 20180304_184000_resized.jpgGarnish with cilantro. Serve with rice and a tomato salad and enjoy!
