Skip the take out and make this easy peasy sesame chicken.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs sesame seeds
2 gloves minced garlic
1 lb chicken breast cubed
1 egg white
2 tablespoon cornstarch
Olive oil
String beans
Red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
Green pepper
Combine honey, soy sauce, sesame seeds and minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
Whisk egg white with corn starch. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cover in the egg mixture.
In a skillet heat olive oil. Working in batches add chicken and cook through browning all sides. Set aside.
Sautee the green beans (use broccoli if you prefer). Season well and cook for 3-4 mins. Vegetable should still have the crunch.
Return chicken to the skillet and add in the prepared sauce.
Mix through letting sauce thicken for about 2 minutes.
Turn off heat.
Garnish with green onions.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
