Panko Crusted Salmon


Easy light meals are the best for busy days. This meal can be prepped quick and doesn’t require too many ingredients.

4 pcs Salmon
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
3/4 cups panko breadcrumbs
Chopped cilantro
1 lemon
Salt & pepper


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease a baking pan and set aside.

In a small bowl mixed honey, olive oil and garlic.

In another bowl mix panko breadcrumbs, cilantro, zest of the one lemon.

Place salmon in dish. Working one piece at a time brush with honey mixture, season with salt and pepper and then press into breadcrumbs. Place that side down and do the same to other side. With half the lemon, squeeze over the salmon pieces. Use the other half to slice and garnish when serving.

Bake for 12-15 mins. And your salmon is done 🙂 Enjoy!
