Salmon any day!
How could you go wrong with salmon? Cooked so many different ways, easily flavored, always hits the spot.
4 pcs salmon fillets
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (recipe will follow soon)
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 gloves of garlic minced
Salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Place in salmon and let it marinate in the fridge for an hour or two.
You have the option to bake the salmon in a preheated 450 degrees oven for 12-15 mins.
Pan sear it about 6-7 mins on each side should do it.
Grill it. Should take 10-15 mins.

Garnish with sesame seeds.
